Question: My license was suspended, but I need it to get to and from work. What can I do?
Answer: You may be eligible for what is known as an Occupational Driver's License (ODL). This is a restricted license that allows travel to and from your place of employment as well as other places that are necessary such as the grocery store, doctor's office, day care, etc. There are specific qualifications you must meet to be eligible, and all ODL's are granted by a County Court at Law. Check with either the County Court or an attorney if you need an ODL.
